Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Confidence Unlimited, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and a positive learning experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have structured this policy to be fair to both our participants and our organisation.

Please read this policy carefully before making a payment. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Individual Programs — Cancellation & Refund Terms

2.1 Cancellation Before Program Commencement

If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the program begins, the following refund schedule applies:

    • Cancellation 7 or more days before the program start date: 100% refund of the fees paid
    • Cancellation 4 to 6 days before the program start date: 50% refund of the fees paid
    • Cancellation 3 or fewer days before the program start date: No refund
 
2.2 Cancellation After Program Commencement

Once a program has begun, fees are non-refundable. This applies to both batch programs and individual coaching packages.

If a participant is unable to continue due to a medical emergency or exceptional circumstance, they may apply for a program deferral (see Section 4).

 
2.3 No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend sessions without prior notification will be considered no-shows. No refund or credit will be issued in such cases.

 

3. Corporate Programs — Cancellation & Refund Terms

3.1 Cancellations by the Client Organisation
    • Cancellation 14 or more days before program start: 100% refund of advance paid
    • Cancellation 8 to 13 days before program start: 50% refund of advance paid
    • Cancellation 7 or fewer days before program start: Advance is non-refundable

For multi-session corporate programs, if cancellation occurs mid-program, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Fees for remaining unconducted sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to deduction of any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

 
3.2 Reschedule Requests

Corporate clients may request a reschedule of a program with at least 7 days’ written notice at no additional charge, subject to trainer availability. Reschedule requests made within 7 days of the program start date may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 15% of the program cost.

 

4. Program Deferral

Participants who are unable to complete a program due to a documented medical emergency or other exceptional circumstance may apply for a one-time deferral to the next available batch of the same program, subject to the following conditions:

  • A written request must be submitted within 5 days of the missed session(s)
  • Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate) must be provided
  • Deferrals are valid for 90 days from the date of approval
  • Deferrals are granted at the sole discretion of Confidence Unlimited

Deferrals are not transferable to another person or a different program.

 

5. POSH Compliance Training — Special Terms

POSH Compliance Training sessions are customised and scheduled specifically for client organisations. Due to the nature of regulatory compliance and pre-session preparation involved:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the session: 80% refund of fees paid
  • Cancellations made 8 to 13 days before the session: 40% refund of fees paid
  • Cancellations made 7 or fewer days before the session: No refund

Rescheduling of POSH sessions is permitted once at no charge with a minimum of 10 days’ notice.

 

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Your request must include:

  • Your full name and registered mobile number/email
  • Program name and batch/start date
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Payment reference number or transaction ID

Requests submitted verbally or via social media will not be accepted.

 

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment.

Please note: Razorpay, our payment gateway, may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to reflect the refund in your account depending on your bank.

Confidence Unlimited does not charge any processing fee for approved refunds. However, any transaction or payment gateway fees deducted at the time of the original payment are non-recoverable.

 

8. Programs Cancelled by Confidence Unlimited

In the rare event that Confidence Unlimited cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or any other reason:

  • Participants will be notified at least 48 hours in advance
  • A 100% refund of all fees paid will be issued within 7 business days
  • Alternatively, participants may choose to be transferred to the next available batch at no additional cost

 

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Assessment fees, registration fees, or material charges (where separately charged)
  • Fees for sessions already attended or modules already delivered
  • Convenience or processing fees charged by the payment gateway

 

10. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our decision on a refund request, you may escalate the matter to our management team at [Insert Email Address]. We will aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.

For unresolved disputes, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City], India.
