Ms. Arthi Raj is the founder of Confidence Unlimited — a Law Graduate and multi-certified trainer with over 20 years of experience cutting across diverse industry verticals. Her expertise spans Soft Skills, Business Communication, Behavioural Coaching, Corporate English, Women Empowerment, Employee Wellbeing, and POSH Compliance.

She customises every training program and curates modules specifically to suit each client’s needs — enhancing their learning experiences and guiding them to continue on the learning path long
after the program ends.

Executive Director

Rajgopal Muralidhar ( Executive Director) brings with him over 22 years of rich corporate experience, with a strong specialization in the Risk and Compliance domain. Throughout his career, he has successfully navigated complex regulatory landscapes and built robust frameworks to ensure organizational integrity and resilience. Beyond his core responsibilities, Rajgopal was deeply invested in mentoring and training his team members, a passion that not only enhanced their growth but also inspired his own transition into the world of training and coaching.

Srishti Jain

Trainer

Srishti Jain is the founder of Orva -a haven where students embark on a journey of self-discovery and skill honing, She is a dynamic Corporate Trainer, NLP Practitioner, and Life & Executive Coach, trained in six Sigma ( yellow belt ), with a passion for empowering individuals through impactful learning experiences. With a graduate degree in Mass Communication, a various other certifications, she brings a unique blend of storytelling, communication expertise, and personality development to her work. She has been working with Confidence Unlimited as a soft skills trainer since 2024. As a part of her journey she has successfully accomplished training multiple batches of interns turned into employees at Real Page.

Prachi Bayas

Soft Skills Trainer

Prachi Bayas is a results-driven Soft Skills Trainer with almost two decades of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning programs. She began her freelancing journey with Confidence Unlimited, which gave her the first platform to translate her passion for training into real corporate and campus impact. With an MBA in Marketing & HR and certifications including _Train the Trainer and Certified Professional Soft Skills Trainer , Prachi brings both academic and practical insight to her sessions. Over the years, she has trained 1500+ individuals across educational institutions,corporates like Aurumdata,T&AS designtech, Lenskart,TCS, and CSR initiatives including Microsoft’s Skill4All project.

Maanava Raj

Brand Designer & Visual Communicator

Maanava Raj is a Brand Designer and Visual Communicator specializing in branding, visual identity design, and strategic visual storytelling. He combines creative thinking with a strong understanding of brand strategy to develop distinctive and impactful visual identities. As the Creative Head at Confidence Unlimited, a corporate communication training company that equips professionals and organizations with essential communication skills for the corporate world, Maanava led the complete transformation of the company's brand identity. Leveraging his expertise in branding and design, he conceptualized and executed a comprehensive visual rebranding that aligned the organization’s image with its mission, values, and professional positioning, strengthening its presence within the corporate training landscape.

Nihal Raj

Advocate

Mr. Nihal Raj is a licensed advocate with over 3 years of diverse litigation advisory and arbitration experience. In addition to a B.B.A. LL.B. degree, he holds an LL.M. in International Investment and Commercial Arbitration from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Bengaluru. He would be responsible for all the legal aspects of CONFIDENCE UNLIMITED and would contribute to its mission and vision by catering as a legal advisor.
