1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, enrolling in any program, or engaging our corporate training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals, corporate clients, and organisations that engage with Confidence Unlimited.

 

2. About Our Services

Confidence Unlimited offers the following training programs:

• Spoken English and Communication Training (Individual Programs)
• Corporate Communication and Business English Training
• Leadership and Presentation Skills Workshops
• POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Compliance Training
• Customised L&D (Learning & Development) Programs for Enterprises

 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or service at any time with prior notice wherever possible.

 

3. Enrollment & Registration

3.1 Enrollment in any program is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or an agreed advance for corporate programs).

3.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Confidence Unlimited is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect details provided at the time of enrollment.

3.3 For corporate programs, enrollment is governed by a separate Service Agreement or Purchase Order agreed upon between Confidence Unlimited and the client organisation.

3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment in cases of misconduct, provision of false information, or non-payment.

 

4. Payment Terms

4.1 All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payments for individual programs must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless a specific instalment plan has been offered and agreed upon in writing.

4.3 For corporate clients, payment terms are as defined in the signed service agreement. Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% upon program completion.

4.4 Confidence Unlimited uses Razorpay as its payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms of service.

4.5 GST and any other applicable taxes will be charged as per current regulations.

 

5. Program Delivery

5.1 Programs may be delivered online (via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms), in-person, or in a blended format, as specified at the time of enrollment.

5.2 Batch schedules are provided at enrollment. Confidence Unlimited reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable prior notice.

5.3 Session recordings, if provided, are for the personal use of enrolled participants only and may not be shared or redistributed.

5.4 Participants are expected to attend a minimum of 75% of sessions to be eligible for a completion certificate.

 

6. Certifications

6.1 Certificates of completion are issued to participants who fulfil the attendance and assessment requirements for their program.

6.2 Certificates are issued in the name of the participant as registered. Requests for corrections must be submitted within 7 days of issuance.

6.3 For POSH Compliance Training, certificates are issued upon successful completion of the certified program and are valid as per applicable legal guidelines.

 

7. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Engage respectfully with trainers and fellow participants
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without written permission
• Not engage in any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour during sessions
• Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during corporate training programs

 

Confidence Unlimited reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund in case of serious misconduct.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, workbooks, recordings, and content created by Confidence Unlimited are our exclusive intellectual property. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal learning purposes only.

Reproduction, sharing, resale, or commercial use of our materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Confidence Unlimited’s liability to any participant or client is limited to the fees paid for the specific program in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of income, employment opportunity, or business outcome as a result of participating in or not participating in our programs
• Technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, platform disruptions, etc.)

 

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City], India.

 

11. Amendments

Confidence Unlimited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
